Kody Brown continues to face issues in the case of uniting his household. The Brown household patriarch, 54, has difficult relationships with a number of of his older kids, together with Madison Brown, 27, his daughter with Janelle Brown. Within the October 29 episode of Sister Wives, Kody reveals that he’s not on talking phrases along with his daughter.

“I have no idea what occurred,” Kody says. “However in the course of the breakup with Christine [Brown], Maddie stopped reaching out to me. Might need been COVID or… I do not know what was happening, however she stop reaching out to me.”

Janelle, 54, gives her perception about why Maddie isn’t speaking to her father proper now. “Maddie doesn’t name him due to his conduct currently,” Janelle says. “She’s like, I don’t know what to do with him. I don’t know who this man is. So she has to contemplate her kids. She has to contemplate the steadiness of what they see or understand as a grandfather. There’s quite a lot of issues at play right here. It’s not simply Maddie not calling him.”

Kody appears like he has a “damaged household” in the meanwhile. “I can’t repair it,” he admits.

Later within the episode, Janelle opens up about why her children haven’t spoken to Kody. “They typically ignore him as a result of they’re like, what’s the purpose of getting a dialog with him?” Janelle explains.

Gabe and Garrison Brown have been vocal about their fractured relationships with Kody.
